This is almost exactly the same quote my indie shop gave me for replacing clutch and flywheel. I haven't asked them if I can provide my own parts, but maybe I will now.

Don't be surprised if they want to requote if you bring you own parts. Shops make money of labor and parts, take one part of that out of the equation, and the other part will tend to go up accordingly.
