Err was sent the wrong color- touch up paint!

Not a paint expert but I am positive this isn't Zanzibar red! Got the few spots primed and was getting ready to apply the touch up and I was like what the hell! Shook it up good before I opened it. Man err! Hope paintscratch.com gets me my touch up here soon. Not happy about this.

Even with my glasses on, I'm pretty sure you're right, that's not red.

Haha - I don't care what type glasses you put on that's not red. Threw a monkey wrench in my day. Was trying to get a couple spots taken care of and had the morning to myself which is rare. Oh well.

Well paintscratch.com has been pretty easy to work with. I sent a photo of the card and also mailed it to them. I know the mailed card has not made it to them yet. They have already sent out the replacement and have apologized for the mistake. I have to admit as a business owner...mistakes happen. How you respond to them is what makes the difference. I hope the new touch up matches and as long as it does based on the customer service I would purchase from them again.
