Well paintscratch.com has been pretty easy to work with. I sent a photo of the card and also mailed it to them. I know the mailed card has not made it to them yet. They have already sent out the replacement and have apologized for the mistake. I have to admit as a business owner...mistakes happen. How you respond to them is what makes the difference. I hope the new touch up matches and as long as it does based on the customer service I would purchase from them again.
