Err was sent the wrong color- touch up paint!
 

Not a paint expert but I am positive this isn't Zanzibar red! Got the few spots primed and was getting ready to apply the touch up and I was like what the hell! Shook it up good before I opened it. Haha - I don't care what type glasses you put on that's not red. Threw a monkey wrench in my day. Was trying to get a couple spots taken care of and had the morning to myself which is rare. Oh well.

Well paintscratch.com has been pretty easy to work with. I sent a photo of the card and also mailed it to them. I know the mailed card has not made it to them yet. They have already sent out the replacement and have apologized for the mistake. I have to admit as a business owner...mistakes happen. How you respond to them is what makes the difference. I hope the new touch up matches and as long as it does based on the customer service I would purchase from them again.
