OK. One of my friend is working on this:
Audi V6 twin turb 2.7 S4 engine with a BoxsterS 6 speed in a 914.
If this V6 fits under the engine lid of a 914 (with room to spare) it will easily fit under the Boxster engine cover. You actually have a LOT of room above the engine lid with the top down.
