I decided to at least give it a shot. I am almost 100% sure that it's the immobiliser. I have a good amount of water soaking the carpet so I pulled the seat out and took the unit out to find that it is wet and parts of the board look corroded. I'm drying it and wiping everything down but I'm not sure about next steps. I'll post after a few test.
