This looks like rust. Could be from the cooling vents or the lines to the vents.

Did you flush the complete system twice and completely with destilled water before you change to another coolant than Porsche recommends?

Maybe you should investigate very much in what kinds of coolants are available and why Porsche used Glysantin G40 for these cars and engines. And why this specific coolant can't / shouldn't be mixed with other coolants.
