2002S........PAID 18,OOO. PURCHASED 9/13. Probably overpaid but mileage was only30k, beautiful speed yellow paint with updated taillights, perfect Victor Equiptment Lemans wheels, updated suspension, real carbon fiber shifter, parking brake handle,center console cover and roll bar hoops, front grill guards to keep stuff out of the radiators. All records and keys. Plus a brand new convertible top with glass window (still in the box). Car runs and looks better than new.....

I'm updating my May 2016 post (below).

So in the past two years I've added another 11,000 miles for a total of 32,000. In addition to two rear tires and two oil changes, I will have the cv boots replaced next week. The interior bits (silverish parts - e brake handle, arm rests, etc. are becoming marked up (they were flawless when I bought the car), and the top is starting to show wear. Trying to keep it as perfect as possible for a seven month daily driver... wheels and leather are still pristine and it's still a thrill to drive it, especially with the top down when the weather allows. I'm going to have the silverish interior bits painted later this year.

The car was perfectly detailed, pristine condition, new set of Pilots, almost all records, maintained by the book, not a scratch on it. I've put 11,000 miles on it (stored in winter) and, aside from two oil changes, have only had to replace the cap on the coolant container. The only thing that would make it better would be if we'd only get some top-down weather.

Hi Bald Eagle. I do not miss the weather back in Valpo. I lived there for 17 years but worked in Chicago. My daughter still lives there. Moved to Colorado in 2011. Weather here is so much better. I drive the Boxster all year here.
