It's not about maintaining it, it's really about keeping it as perfect as possible is what I've learned.

AOS
All fluids, brake / coolant / oil.
Inspect oil filter for any debris
IMS been done?
Bearings
Is that an oil leak or shift lever leak?
Suspension bushings and parts tight?
Clean throttle body
Plugs / coil packs.
Water pump
Serp belt

That's the starters....
