Another Faulty Coolant Expansion Tank

I called the local dealer and they want 404.00 for the tank another 101 for the pressure valve and 32 for the cap. That's 537 plus tax seems a little too much.

What's this? When I replaced my tank all I did was the tank, the level sensor and the middle section of the oil filler tube... (Cap already replaced.)
