Yah! You are listening! And yes, I do make mistakes and sometimes I don't get to correcting, though I try. You'll understand if/when you have kids, and typing on the computer becomes the third or forth thing you do at once. And you develop a sense for the spoken/written word. But I digress. I did err.
It is a shame you still stated this, though. I wasn't going to comment, but since you are paying attention, this is really not a proper sentence. Minimally, I'd suggest you have two independent clauses and could benefit from a ";":

Also, you seem to have fallen in love with the comma. Now, should you progress to understand the Oxford comma, I won't be sad. But, you do use it too much in your posts. Sure, I get that Bill Shatner gets away with speaking like you type, but BigJake, "I served with Bill Shatner. I knew Bill Shatner. Bill Shatner was a friend of mine. You are no Bill Shatner."
In addition, I do have to say, I was a little dumbfounded by this post:

Point of the thread is, what sort of frankenboxster can you create!

I'm not following the rationale of your comma usage here. Also, "I then took to photoshop.", while dramatic doesn't really follow. There is too much filler one needs to apply. But, let's say you are trying to be colloquial. Fine. Let it be. But, "I present to you." really is an awkward sentence. I do think you mean to use an ellipsis... which I am partial to. And, your last sentence - again, I get it if you are trying to be colloquial - you could use better phrasing. I'd suggest: "So, the point of this thread is - Show me your frankenboxster!" Personally, I'd accent it with a Cuba Gooding meme from Jerry Maguire, but I like to reference.

Hi Boss,
At some point in your life, you or someone you know has probably taken a sleeping pill. Perhaps it was an OTC sleep aid or maybe you even have a prescription for something more potent. But according to new research, released by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, those prescription meds may be more dangerous than you think.

Interesting 1st post. Sure, it is likely a bot - and I hate to stray from the topic, but this is something that bothers me. I get the opening sentence is an appeal. Fine. I think we can all agree to this general statement. But, OTC sleep aids are a different class of drugs than Rx - and because of this, the third statement is a bait and switch. Also, there is no condition whereby we are made to think that prescription drugs would be safe as OTC. There are different rules governing availability of product (and ID is often required for several OTCs...). Anyway... As my discussion with Jake was fun, albeit, stupid, here Jake, if you are still reading... is adequate sentence structure. However, if you were to diagram this "argument" symbolically, it would be a fallacy or invalid. I think they are going for a conditional statement or proof (or somehow trying to imply a modus ponens) but it doesn't follow. So, the "lesson" here, Jake, is don't just use proper written language - you still need to make sense. Also, don't let your lady friend bark your tires - that's common sense... especially if she hasn't learned stick, yet.
[edit] Well, after trying to view Marveen's address, there is something that is Porsche related: https://www.google.com/maps/@40.739956,-74.007174,3a,75y,104.31h,77.14t/data=!3m4!1e1!3m2!1sv6bKXBu5qhI8lxtUhPMdOA!2e0
Hey! Marveen! That's not a Boxster in the Street view! You should try 6speedonline! I'd suggest the 1st gen 997 forum.

On a side note. When I get the RPM's up to 5,500 to 6,000 and dump the clutch while drag racing a Corvette I sometimes chirp the tires.

Why is it that everyone in a Corvette, Charger, WRX, etc., wants to race? Boxsters, even S's, really aren't fast. I guess everyone wants to beat a "Porsch".
Last fall I had a guy in a bright orange Challenger weave around traffic to get next to me at a light. I saw a cop a block up, so of course I had to give him a few blips of the throttle. Mr. Charger responded, the red mist of being able to let loose the Hemi on a "Porsch" apparently clouding his view of the cop, telling me that he had a nice exhaust on that Hemi. Sounds good! When the light turned green Mr. Charger cut a great light and hooked right up, taking the Hemi right up to redline. Yup, it is fast. Me, I casually pulled away from the light and watched as Mr. Hemi FINALLY noticed the cop, freaked out, and slammed on the brakes to the point of stopping in the middle of the street right in front of the cop. I waved to him and the cop as I passed by; doing the speed limit (30mph) of course. I should have turned around to see if the cop actually pulled him over (the cop may have been laughing as hard as I was) but I had somewhere to go. I felt a little bad for him. Not too bad though...
