Things my wife says

Today I am out in the garage sanding my stock 18" wheels down so I can paint them graphite and m wife looks at my Boxster and say "I dont understand why you have to change everything on the car, Your weird". Women just dont understand. My response was that I have to make it my own.

My wife says men changing their cars is like women changing their hair styles or makeup.... Hmm... She might be on to something with that comment.

I'm sorry, what time did you say dinner would be ready? Did you remember to sweep the kitchen while you were in there? I'm guessing you came out here to offer me a beer?

Not married yet but engaged, she also loves cars ( honda's and lambo's) I have converted her to love Porsche's but she wants me to sell mine to get a 996 lol or buy a cyanne as a 2nd vehicle as she drives a 94 Honda civic lx with a full body kit.

She also says I love my car more than her and her 3 kids.

You left out the rest of the story:

"That is when the fight started and my recovery, according to my Dr., will be months and I may never be able to see out of my right eye again!"

Last week my wife said she saw a bad accident that day. I asked what were two cars doing in my kitchen???

For her birthday, my wife asked me to take her somewhere she had never been before. I took her to the kitchen.

I take my wife everywhere. The problem is, she keeps finding her way home!

My wife walks into the backyard, sees this, and all she says is; "Can you move those so I can my car out later to run errands?". Not a single question about the $5,000 in tires.

What a wonderful woman.

I've brought home so many cars over the years (40+/-) my wife doesn't even blink an eye anymore. The boxster, my latest, she likes. But she prefers the seats in the Lexus. ha ha..She refuses to upgrade her 2007 CRV with 105k to a newer something..fine by me.. She's had maybe 6 cars in her life.

I told my wife that some people have emotional support animals and I have an emotional support vehicle. That I a happier and less irritable when I have a project to do on my Porsche. She was like whatever do what you want with it I just dont understand it.

I bought an '01 to be my wife's car and to help give me cover for what I spend on my other car projects. Still she pretty much only drives her Element (Annabella, a Wolfhound-mix, is a little big to fit in the Box'.) and the '01 is becoming my DD.

Guess I am lucky, as a young guy, the car helps with the ladies rather than hurts.
