what is that sound ?!??

that whizzing sound ....that comes on when u start the car .... and stops after around 2 mins.

its from some kind of spooler ... cos u can hear the spinning slow down when it turns off.

does it sound like a hair dryer when its on and turns off? If so, it is the secondary air injection pump
