I was thinking of disregarding the issues as the car is practically new , but it'll cost me 6k to repair all these items and my practical side says why pay 45k to buy a car that leaks oil and needs 6k of repairs.

Nice car. One owner and low miles. Good thing you did a PPI and Kevin on Rennlist gave you good guidance. Offer them $39 for the car, and sit back and watch. Ship the car, you don't want salt and winter hazards.
