Did the IMSB retro fit, along with a new RMS, an oil change and full alignment and corner balancing. About $2300.

Just dropped the Box off today to have the following done:
IMS
RMS
Water pump
UDP and serpentine belt
Oil and filter change
Brake fluid change
Trans fluid change
Clutch (does not need it but at 44,000 miles plus while you are in there)
All in $2,500 including pick/drop off in the shop's Cayenne. Indie labor rate of $80/hour makes it feel like the total cost is reasonable (at least for a Porsche).

LN IMSB
RMS
Clutch
Water Pump
Rear wheel bearing
Motor Mount
Regular Service
about $6k IIRC, I really don't want to add it up again, I might just sell the damned thing, since I won't get to drive it much until spring.
Pretty expensive year, and I believe I've got to do the AOS in the spring.

I think that I am the "Big spender" here so far as my DIY 3.6 rebuild costed me $ 20.917 That's is including used 3.2 engine, VAT, customs, new DIY engine cover, engine mount, and shipping to my country and some performance upgrades to go with it. See my thread on it here
