Nope, he is spraying the rag top with leather paint. Some did it successfully here :/ You'd be surprised

Mark T , where can I get that ? I am just another old guy / no hair with a Porsche ! I could get lucky with hair !

Bruceh , thank you , I need to look up your product and try . The Porsche spray was expensive , but really worked well , water really beads ! Thank you for talking the time . Merry Christmas ya all .
