Wow. Three years without running is a problem. I would pull the plugs, squirt some marvel mystery oil, or another thin oil into the cylinders, put the car in 5th gear and push it for 20 yards to make sure the motor is not locked up.
Next, change the oil and take out the fuel pump fuse and crank the motor until the oil pressure light goes out. Then you can try to start it.
