First of all, your an **************************** off letting that machine set for 3 years. Your are in Greece, so, you have very cold seasons and warm, 10-40 if your machine has over 60k, 5-40 if it's a fair virgin. Save euros, blow the the filters out, I doubt if there that dirty. Yes on the fuel filter. I would add some SeaFoam to the oil before changing and after, also to the gas. Brakes, good god, yes, new brake fluid and bleed them well. I hope the caliper pistons are not stuck. Tires are most likely dry rotten, spark plugs, clean them first then decide. Porsches are meant to be driven, drive it and enjoy.
