Go get a NAPA Gold number 7211. Great filter. You can change the filter without changing the oil again. You will like it. I buy several at a time when NAPA has their filter specials. I think I paid 9 bucks each for the last batch of 4.

how do you change the filter without changing the oil? is there some sort of closed valve when the engine is off? i would assume that as soon as i take off the filter canister, the oil would just pour right out.

I put the back of the car up on ramps to get under the engine bay. With a drain pan under the filter housing, remove it. Yes a small bit of oil will come out but nothing to worry about. Change the filter and put it back together. Put the car back down flat, check oil level. Top up as needed.
