Replace it. The old one has conformed to the bolt wherever it stopped and the pan. That makes knicks and cuts in the aluminum crush washer and bends it to fit snug against the pan. If you use the old one, the knicks, cuts and bends don't match up and can allow leaks. It's cheap $.50 insurance against oil leaks.
