Mine backed out on the driver side axle a few months after I did a rear suspension job. Thankfully was at the entrance of my neighborhood, was leaving a stop sign and heard a pop, and the car wouldn't go anywhere (open differential). I pushed the car back, walked back to my house, loaded up a few tools in my race car, then drove down the street and fixed the axle right there. Was late to work by only an hour or so.
