Carpet foam is wet.

The car has been on stands for more than 30 days and has not seen rain for that period. Removed the driver side carpet behind the seat to install IMSG and noticed the foam is dripping wet. I have no idea what to make of this. Anyone ever have this issue?

did you pick up one of Danger's Birds ? accidently?

It could be a blocked drain line. The boxsters have concealed tubes that drain water from rain which become blocked overtime, thus resulting in inadequate draining and getting inside the interior.

Of course- you mentioned there was no rain in that period. So-

Perhaps a coolant leak? May be cracks in the coolant reservoir.

I think it's blocked drain line. Don't have any coolant issues and it's not colored either. You actually might have solved another problem - water in the Frunk. Thought it was a bad seal somewhere but from the diagram on the link it's probably the condensation. Thanks very much!
