I have dealt with the Newport service folks and they have been very nice indeed. The dealership has a good rep.
I would be surprised if they were the best on price as you already know you live in a very pricey area and that vendors take advantage of that fact.
I know some folks at Hoen down here in Carlsbad. They can be a bit more price competitive if that is important to you.
I would agree on the advice re: and S. They really are quite a treat to drive, again, if that is something you value.
I advise driving both to determine what floats your boat.
Either way, the car is a hoot!
