Exclamation Replacing Transmission Mount Torque Value?

I'm replacing the clutch and want to replace the transmission mounts while I'm at it, but I can't find any instructions on this in the Bentley manual, AllData or the forums.

In the manual it says it will destroy the old mounts if I remove the bolt that holds them on (no problem since I want to put new ones in), but does anyone know what the new ones need to be torqued to so I don't damage them?

Thanks!
