A6 you're going to love that mod, I have that same unit, you can truly feel the difference. Don't let them tell you you can use the stock belt, you can't...

You are right, I figure something like 10mm shorter, besides, a new belt at installation time is the logic thing to do....

Do you by any chance have a part # for a shorter belt?

gates belt is 060827


might as well rebuild all the rollers while you're there, punch out the bearings and replace with skf bearings 6203-2rsj
