Tranny noise at idle?

Well I replaced the motor, clutch, flywheel and anything else that has to do with whatever.... The tranny had a rattle at idle when I took the motor out. I thought the new flywheel would help. NO it is not the throw out bearing. The rattle goes away when you step on the clutch. It goes up with RPM's and down. Any Ideas? It has new tranny fluid from porsche and I made sure it was topped off when I just did my new flywheel. When I changed it there was no metal in the fluid at all. I drained it with a magnet underneath the stream of fluid. Do I rebuild it? Buy a new one? Does anyone have a 5 speed laying around? HELP Car drives fine, no issues shifting or anything.
