Id just weld them the old school way, with an acetylene torch and some old metal coat hangers

Are you making any more of these?

As needed. I have a couple sets to sell right now. Then if there is more demand I will make more.

Its a little louder than stock, unless you step on the throttle. Then it gets proportionately louder. Its not obnoxious though and there is no drone. Have you check out my video?

Yes I did but in that situation there is a lot of on/off throttle vs cruising that's why I asked. I will probably be purchasing from you but I have to actually get my car first ! Obviously you are doing this mod with the muffler removed from the car. Are there any potential fitment/clearance issues when doing this mod outside of the car ? Do you recommend tack the two tubes in place then loosely install the muffler to make sure everything is straight with no clearance issues ?

The first set I made had fitment problem so I changed the design a little. WHen you install them just make sure you tuck then as close to the muffler as possible. Taking the muffler off is only a five minute job. Getting the bumper off is probably harder. You dont need to tack the parts in place. Just mark where the holes go. Then you will need trim the the pipes to fit. You will end up taking about an inch off each end.
