Yup...there are even more on the car now
After 3 years of internet research a pair finally showed up in Germany. OEM 996/986 wood trims in general are becoming really rare these days.
Speaker covers in dark burl wood, never installed and flawless.

Now I just need to find a left side dash air vent with gray leather grills ...
Oh, and I got myself Porsche Cocoa leather, to tackle my lower dash. Getting the perfect glue is key.

It just keeps getting better! My favorite Boxster except maybe for a couple of mine.

Photoshop + plotter + bubbles in your head = creativity valve
This is my photoshoped concept. Can I realise it? ...a rethorical question
Next: Hood design...

BTW: Would it be possible to have an active suspension kit, where I could (besides the dampening) lower OR increase ground clearance on the fly/electronically? Kind of like a lift system...
I found these guys https://tractivesuspension.com/automotive/
but not sure of the ride height can be adjusted "electronically". Not really looking for an air suspension kit.

My plotter is fun, no doubt. But I guess the next toy will be a 3D printer, which can tackle bigger items
Need to finalise the Boxman, ah Cayster. Not a big fan of rear wings especially on a Boxster, but that rear hatch needs a ducktail with integrated grills for sure. And better fitting....

That spoiler design looks great with the top. We need to see it with all the decals. That yellow 9/86 is awesome. I may have to steal the design later.

I am not a big fan of Boxster wide body kits, and the following is a little too wide for my taste, but the concept is just wow. We have seen a few tries here and there and they all failed, but this guy (almost) nailed it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQL-0y-B-Z8

I would think just the trunk lid / spoiler would sell if it fit on a 986. Reminded me of you Photoshop below.

I would say all of those parts would sell. It seems, that he still is developing that kit, as the latest one is on a 987. Yup, I guess the ducktail is everyone's favourite.

Photoshop is essential for testing concepts and finalizing designs.
Photoshop concept of front hood:

different "WIP" stages of cutting up my existing stripe design...

...as always, no surprises

			THX
Front hood completed, for now. Cutting on paint is not for the faint of heart.

Happy New Year!

A Boxster Safari ...I guess it is just a roller, but man, If I could jack a suspension up like that just for winter time or beach times, that would be a dream.
