My boxster. 550 tail mod and debadged

Hey guys just figured id post up a couple pictures of my daily driver. Its a 2002 Boxster base model, 5 spd. Engine is running strong at 147,000 miles now.

heres a picture when i first got it.

Since then Ive replaced the two rear tires, removed the rear boxster badging, and I did the "550 taillight mod" which is removing the amber from the tails. Such a small difference really changes how the back of the car looks its nice.

I recently purchased a full set of Boxster S brakes to replace my Base model brake system, and ill be refinishing the wheels in original silver since I dont care for the powdercoated black wheels. Ill be installing those soon. Future plans are most likely to sell the car unfortunately to help fund purchasing either a house, or a Nissan GTR

I do love the debadged look. I've done the same to mine. I'm working on de-ambering the tail lights.

Funny. I just painted my track wheels black so my car would look MORE like yours!
