My Latest Additions

LED lit door handles...integrated with my door lights, love how it fades off. Very functional, in fact I think it should be marketed as a safety device for seniors. I actually enjoy being able to see my door handles in pitch dark.

New aftermarket steering wheel w/ Momo hub. I took the pictures in my garage, with top up so probably not my best images but you'll get the picture. I think it is a pretty nice addition. It looks more aggressive and it sports a Porsche crest.

MOMO Hub

Here is the side view how the steering hub would look. Initially I thought it would look kinda weird considering it doesn't fill the space like my OEM Wheel but it actually looks fine.

Final Pic

Here is the LED lit door handle in use. I used the 3 inch white led strips and wired it up to the door lights. It's great, when you unlock your door the light turns on and when you lock it, the lights fade off. A nice modern safety feature to add on for those of you who are techies or gadget geeks like me.

Awsome work! I am in process of installing a momo hub for a new steering wheel. Do you have any instructions or pointers on the install? Do I need the spacer that momo is talking about and what did you do to disable the airbag warning. If you used the spacer what does it look like and where can I get one. Thanks in advance! Aloha

Did you disable the airbag?

Yes

Yeah, I disabled it. I just don't like surprises like a bag blowing up in my face...although I don't know what it would take to make it blow.

--Thought you were referring to when I installed the door lights...yes to that.

Steering wheel coming back and air bag will require a mini visit to the dealership.

Tru-Planning on doing a major rehaul on my Boxster 2002 and would love to add these door handle lights-amazing work! For some reason, I can't see the pics on your posts? Any idea why not? Any chance you can post a link to the lights you used and the pics again-thanks so much

Some New Pics Taken Late Afternoon

Here are some of my latest pics...one special new edition is the Klisstle roll bar overlays, one of the forum sponsors. I received the roll bar overlays a little while back and haven't had time to get it painted. It was pretty easy since the overlays come primered, so over the weekend I finally got it done and installed. Anyhow, check it out and let me know what you think.

A few other pics

I wouldn't of included these extra photos since you guys are probably sick of seeing my car from every angle possible but the sun in the late afternoon really makes lights and shadows more dramatic...so here are a few more pics!

Garage
I think it looks great! I will admit I'm biased. Not only is it white, but it has Klisstle Overlays.

BTW, I think the wheels powder coated in black will look fantastic!

Keep the pictures coming. I never get tired of looking.

Love this photo

I agree Derek, the roll bar overlays really freshen up the rear. My brother says the car looks newer with the overlays on.

I did another rendering w/ the black wheels...this time a bit more intricately to show the red calipers...I don't think I have much choice now. I love how it looks. For some reason, that angle really gives the car a very low slung look...got me thinking about lowering the car a wee bit now too. Too many mods not enough time.

In 2007, Dodge came out with a black and white version (inside and out) of their Avenger called the StormTrooper. If not for the red accents, I would call your car StormTrooper. Darth Vader would have been amused.
