I am beyond surprised that this isn't illegal...or maybe it is, or should be, or.... In any event, it's just not right (on so many levels).

The owner must be anti-bicycle lane
Maybe they are one of those people that drives in the passing lane at the posted limit and gets annoyed that people actually pass on the right
I'll show-em

Here's mine on the Dragon (before the new paint, headlights, etc). I was too cheap to actually buy the photo. Wish I had. By the way, I have the same headlights as you. Have the covers on yours cracked?

At the wheel or the clutch? I can guess based on your pic.

Clutch, similar to a 996 engine but the big cylinder bore gives more low RPM torque at lower RPM. My favorite Boxster Pic :

Did we see that idea in a old James Bond movie, or a Road Runner Cartoon?

That's a 996 Mk2 Carrera front end and headlights, not 986 Boxster.

Thanks guys.

Car has the following appearance mods:
  • 996 Turbo fenders
  • 996 Turbo headlights
  • Gemballa GTO style hood
  • Techart GT Street front bumper
  • Techart skirts
  • Techart side inlets
  • Techart GT3 style rear bumper
  • OEM Aerokit spoiler

Also has a ton of work into the suspension:
  • GT3 control arms all 4 corners
  • Tarret GT3-style sway bars front/rear
  • Bilstein PSS9s
  • Adjustable drop links front and rear

And a host of engine mods
  • Equal length cat-less headers
  • Fabspeed Cat-delete pipes
  • Fabspeed Maxflow exhaust (it sounds awesome)
  • Lightweight flywheel
  • Underdrive pulley
  • IDP-style Y Pipe with 76mm throttle body
  • Fabspeed stage 2 tune

A few interior pics. I've changed out the red you see in the center upper console for carbon fiber. Also carbon fiber air vents. I'll get some updated pics and post them. I know some of you will think the GTS stuff is stupid, but the idea behind the car was 'What would a 986 GTS have been like if Porsche made one'. They are 981 GTS seats
