It has been 1.5 weeks now since it showed up. The noise does increase with rpm but obviously idling in the video.
Will find out if it is louder on one side than the other.

2000 s with 44k. Starts, runs, shifts smooth, no check engine lights, no oil leaks,
symptoms started with a vibration at 2200 rpm and noise... Now...

on a $60+ thousand dollar best engineered car in the world..
They may be few and far between but I don't think...

News from the Owner is not great as the car is at the Dealer with a still unknown problem.
2000 986 S w/ 44K on it.
There is a really loud Rattle/clanging from what sounds like inside of the engine...

I Joined this Forum to learn some tips and get info on these cars before taking ownership of a 2000 986 S with 44k on it this summer. Now I am really not sure I want to get it as every day it seems...
