so the PS2's on the front are finally due for a replacement. where as 2 yrs ago i saw quite a few options to replace the front 205-55-17 with other brands, now when i look the only exact replacements...

i have been using Petrocan Duron syn 5w40.

i usually get a case of it from the local bulk distributor (used in our passat, and tdi beetle too) when doing the oil changes. UOA results look okay
