i figure you could take a set of chinese equal-length headers (fabspeed knockoffs) and cut at the collector. then extend them to back by the transaxle where you incorporate one of these:

YouTuber Stapleton42 has been chasing sound on his LS swapped Monte Carlo by trying different header types and collectors. Part of his research was to investigate Morgan-McClure's 95 winning Daytona car.
Boom Tubes wouldn't work on our cars, but if I have some money left over in my 928 project, I'd consider trying a pair for it. Think it would sound bad-ass.

perhaps extend the headers to the back (long tube) to a collector on each side then into an x-pipe and boom tubes out the back? which might look a bit like one of these:
