No, not that one. If you remove the 4 screws around the fuse panel, the carpeted plastic piece around it will pull right out. You’ll find a ground point in there.

Apologies, not one but 4 screws as PW pointed out. I think it's one screw in 9x7 and 9x1 series. Anyhow, GP is easily spotted once carpeted panel is removed.

I must be REALLY blind like a mole...I can't spot a nice GP screw after removing the carpet trim

I've never looked for one there but there are two within short distances - under the driver's seat and another behind the instrument cluster
