Yes. It’s one of the first upgrades I make when I get a new 986. The 997 shifter is the same as the 987 shifter. Shorter throw by 15-20% when compared to the stock 986 shifter. Is was a cheap upgrade in the old days (~$150). Now they run around $250 new.
