How to open hood when battery is good

Imari, sorry to hear about your continuing trouble. If you are still working on it, here's a trick I figured out working on my first 'flood salvage' Boxster:
Since you already are familiar with the connections to the Central Locking Unit under the seat...
>Disconnect the blue connector and identify pin number 33.
(top row is pins 1-21 bottom row is 22-42)
>Using a 12v power source (battery), momentarily put the negative to ground and the positive to pin #33.
That will directly apply power to the frunk latch mechanism and open the latch.

Now THIS is helpful sir...THANK YOU for taking the time to explain and share this info. I will give it a try.

I get upset when I look at my Boxster and think about having it for just about a year now and not being able to drive it more than a hand full of times...smh. It's such a beautiful vehicle but no one see me in it, lol. Anyway, thanks again and wish me luck!

Just out of curiosity, how come it flooded twice?
I believe after the first time you learned about the drains that needs to be cleaned from now and then.
