Rear Barkes Won't Bleed

Am unable to bleed rear brakes. Open all 4 nipples & the pedal is still hard.

Are the bleeders really corroded or clogged? In my old Tacoma I couldn't bleed one of my rear drum brakes and it was corrosion in the bleed nipple.

I just saw your thread on RL, you replaced the brake booster and this is the first bleed after doing the brake booster?

I've never done those, but here is a video of the process, maybe this will provide some clues?

In my experience, it's the bleed nipples. They get corroded and plugged.

Logically ,you work forward from the bleeders and slacken every union/connection until you find the first one that weeps brake fluid. Then start purging until you get clean fluid coming through.
It would be much easier to assume corrosion in the nipples and remove one completely and inspect.
I'd guess that the union on the caliper will weep if you slacken it? In which case it is almost certainly corrosion in the nipple.
Unless someone fitted Automatic Bleed Valves?

What the OP is not telling you, but is posting on other sites, is that he has an ABS module that is not responding to a questionable Durametric system (possible clone, but software version is at least 10 years out of date). This possibly indicates a wiring or ABS module problem, but with the system he is using to diagnose it, nothing is certain at this juncture.

Nothing like trying to diagnose a problem without all the facts................

Thanks JFP. The version of software is approx the same vintage as the car.

It seems from the feedback on various forums that the problem is in that the unit is a clone so I'll buy one direct from Durametric & hopefully it resolves the problem.

I incorrectly assumed that a non genuine unit would perform similarly to an original much the same as many after market parts do.
