Rear light wiring question

I bought an LED ready relay for my LED indicators but it didn't fix the problem, so I'm fitting resistors to the indicator wires.

With the rears, I'll do it to the wire plug, but there's 6 wires. I found these two diagrams though:

Could someone confirm that the left light cluster's indicator wire is number 4 being white and black, and the right light cluster's indicator wire is number 3 being black and... grey? Green? I haven't checked yet but what would GR be?

Thanks!
