To answer part of your question, GR or GY is gray. Green will by GN.
if I'm reading your post correctly, you are trying to replace the regular blinker bulbs with LED.
If that is the case, take in mined the in the Porsche lights plate, the positive is the common, and the lights output is negative.
In other words, the outer contact of the bulbs get 12volts positive, and the center contact gets negative.
While withe a regular bulb polarity doesn't matter, it does with LED's.
All the "of the shelf" LED's I found, are reversed in polarity.
