Thstone said it above- I think I remember reading that you will get the spoiler alert light in th dash if the car is not able to raise the spoke at 75. I think it is documented in the manual as well. I read about it when I was researching this since I was curious if my spoiler was working like it is supposed to at 75 mph and my wife refused to follow me to test it.
