We also think there should be instructions included with the purchase, especially if anyone can purchase these tools. If this company wants to train the people on how to install it, they should only allow these people to purchase their product in the first place. It's not fair to the customer if these instructions are not included because by buying the tool, he also is advised to sign up for additional training, and pay for it.
If you'd like to replace your IMS by yourself, get the tools, look at them, and you will be able to figure out how to use them. You do not need any paid additional training on how to do that.
You can always PM us if you have any questions about using the tools. We will tell you or ANYBODY ELSE ON THIS FORUM how to install the IMS step by step for FREE.
