While the motor is running, and warmed-up, remove the oil fill cap... What happens? Is the cap hard to remove? Does the motor stumble and almost die? Is there a lot of vacuum from the oil fill tube (like a shop vac) or, does the motor idle go up a few RPM's and little vacuum from the oil fill tube? Place you hand over the oil fill tube to feel for the suction, there should be very little.
