1. Checked the extra air pump
2. seeked air leaks (porsche dealer did too)
3. Changed secondary air valves and piping using Porsche re-design set
4. Changed Gas cap
5. Change the plugs (Porsche checked they are fine)
6. Changed air mass sensor
7. Put Forte (Tetron type agent) to the fuel (This extended check ligth appearence up to 320 ml)
Porsche dealer maintenance guy said according to their instructions, next step would be change of Cats. They are deam expensive and would really like to hear your comments first.
Car is running a bit lean (full power is not there)
Earlier owner had kept car in the cold garace 1,5 years. There was also some defected pipes on the top of the engine that he had repaired using "home made" system. I replaced these parts to new once.
Thansk a lot in advance!

If the P1411 (P0410) code returned, that says the SAI is still not functioning, which is an issue separate from the cat conversion codes. That said, while a malfunctioning SAI can upset the cats (air leaks throwing the air/fuel ratios off), the opposite is not true as the cats cannot cause the SAI to malfunction, they are isolated systems.
Any Porsche service department worth its salt should be able to test the entire SAI system and make sure it is functional. They also should be able to read in real time the O2 sensor voltages before and after the cat to evaluate its conversion rates.
