Rebuild!

The motor turns over and you can see that it wants to start however as soon as I stop the rotation of the starter the motor stops as well. New spark plugs and coil packs. Not sure if it could be electrical at this point, and the motor doesn't sound like it's not timed properly.

Anyone have an idea what it could be?

Can you hear the fuel pump humming while standing near the fuel cap, with the key on?

Is the car firing at all? If not you can check the COPs (Coil on Plugs) using a COP probe (Example: Waekon 76560) to check them. The probe looks like a flyswatter. Put the swatter end on the coil and turn the engine over. An LED lights up if the coil is working. If it does not light up, you've got coil problems. You can then trouble shoot from there. If it lights up, you know you have spark.
