Rear Spoiler

Hi, my rear spoiler does not operate at speed. It works fine with the manual switch both up and down, when left up from the switch it retracts when stopped.

I have swapped the relays in the rear compartment with no change to the problem.
Anybody any ideas where I start to look?

As it is speed controlled, what gives the signal to the motor to extend? Is this a different circuit that the manual switch?
