This weekend I plan to pull the oil sump plate to see what's inside there, hopefully not pieces of my IMS bearing. Porsche says to use some exotic gasket maker when putting it back together. Will Permatex red, high temp RTV gasket maker work? __________________ Current car 2000 Boxster 2.7l red/black Previous cars 1973 Opel Manta 1969(?)
