very impressing

some questions
1. when you say you have the full Che exhaust system, you mean headers+cat bypass+muffler?
2. if you have the headers, how dose it work with the O2 sensors (and without the cats)?
3. what was the cost for the dyno test? (maybe i will do before and after).
the new engine is a standard 3.2?
4. what is the ROW tune (came across it many times in the forums, still don't understand what it means)

thanks.

1. Yes this is the exhaust from engine out the back, headers, mid-pipe, mufflers.

2. There are no cats. The ROW (rest of world) tune does not monitor the second set of O2 sensors, so no CEL. I just unplugged the post cat O2 sensors.

3. The dyno was three pulls for $85.

The engine is 3.2 displacement but was massaged where ever it was thought that engine reliability could be improved. A LN IMS was installed. I was told the intake and exhaust ports were worked on, and oil passages were polished for return flow. It was assembled as close to blueprinted as possible.

4. The ROW tune resets the DME (engine computer) the the specs in the rest of the world, IE not the US and its stricter emission controls. It is supposed to give a few more HP/TQ. I am sure someone else on the forum could give you a more exact description of the parameters that are changed.

Thanks for the detailed response Maj75.
One more question.
Once the the O2 sensors are removed and the DME remap There is no CEL?

That is correct. There are O2 sensors in the headers (the factory pre-cat sensors) but the second set that would go after the cats are not installed. You could install them in the Che headers, but there is no reason to since they are not monitored.
