I think what I am going to do is look at the Luk manufacturing number, which on my older Porsche part number is DMF042. If i can determine that the Luk number from the newer Porsche part number is the same as the older Porsche number, I will assume that they only changed the Porsche number without making any changed to the actual part.

This is all so frustrating

Call Suncoast Porsche, they will tell you if you have the right part...I buy everything from them and I'm in California. Best part shop ever.
