Many thanks for your prompt reply jh.
I'll get onto my OPC today and order, though I bet its more than US$3-50 - more like $350 here in Oz...
Did anyone use Loctite 243 thread locker on the bolt, or just tighten as per the Bentleys manual?

Garage
Well if we could put the Audi R-10 or R-15 Le Mans TDI in a Boxster I would go for that!

Fitted. Fairly straightforward as my local specialist had a tool to crank off the old pulley. Start to finish, less than 2 hrs with breaks and my limited ability

First reactions? Took it down the road and on to a Motorway and planted my right foot. Initial reaction...wasn't impressed. Didn't get the 'fizzy' quick response I was expecting...but then looked at speedo: 120!! OMG!

The net result is a smoother quicker car and it's definitely noticeable, so as a bang-for-buck upgrade, I'm very pleased.

I'm concerned with noise levels because I track my car, so this, a smoother air intake tract and a custom re-flash will be all I'll be doing from a power perspective.

Get one!
